Statement

As the nation celebrates all things America at the start of July we wanted to take this opportunity to celebrate one of the most beautiful and unique aspects of our country, Puerto Rico. Richmond is home to many Puerto Rican artists and we are proudly going to share their talents throughout the month. Our walls will hold the art works of local artists, we'll have a Puerto Rico themed burlesque event, and we'll be closing out the month with a performance from Miramar and a screening of a short documentary film about the relationship between the people and the marine ecosystems of Puerto Rico. Our gallery hours will be open free of charge to the public from 5pm to 10pm on Wed 10th and Wed July 24th. In addition to those times we'll have the art gallery open for all of our paid events as well. We look forward to using the month of July to share and celebrate some of our region's best artistic talent rooted in this beautiful island in the Caribbean Sea.
